Private Ninja Training in a Cave in Hidaka
Saruda-do Cavern is said to have been trained by Mehei Kusaka, who was Ninja in Edo period. You can experience a thrilling cave exploration by crawling and climbing inside. Many people say, "It's the first time It's been so dark!" Why don't you close your eyes and experience Mohei‘s training for a while? Participation qualifications are those who have the physical strength and courage of elementary school students and above!
Activity detail
Meeting at Tourist Information Center in Hidaka village and ride a bicycle and enjoy cycling in Hidaka village to Sarudado Cave. Change clothes to Ninja costume (additional fee) and get into the cave. You may meet with bats and some insects inside the cave but they are safe and rarely attack the people. Enjoy caving and take a coffee break after the caving. Go back to starting point by cycling.

9,000 yen for one participant
7,000 yen per person for 2 to 4 participants
(Include guiding, activity insurance, helmet with a light, glove, coffee and sweets, and entrance fee of local museum)

*Tourist Information Center in Hidaka village locates in the area of Village farmer's market in HIDAKA "Mura no Eki HIDAKA". The nearest train station is Okabana station on the JR Tosan line where is 5 minutes walk to the information center. It takes about 35minutes from Kochi station by local train.
