★How to make a reservation
1. Access the reservation page: Click on "Book Now" at the bottom to access the reservation page on the website.
2. Select a time: Select September 23 on the calendar (or click "Check the next available reservation date"), select the desired time from the calendar, and check availability.
3. Enter required information: Please enter the name of the person making the reservation, contact information, and other required information.
4. Confirm and submit: After confirming the information you entered, click "Book now" to complete your reservation.
5. Enter your email address, name and phone number and click "Next".
6. Enter the required information, such as payment information, and click "Confirm Order."
★About cancellations
Cancellations via phone or email are not accepted.
If the event is cancelled due to bad weather, we will provide a full refund at a later date.
If you cancel for your own reasons, we will charge a 4% refund.
Cancellations are accepted up to 10 hours before the start time.
If you cancel after the cancellation deadline, we will not be able to provide a refund.
To cancel, please log in at the top right of the Hidaka Village Tourist Association homepage.
You can cancel your order by logging in with the email address you used to purchase and going to My Orders.
